The $2,000 (that’s right, 2,000 bucks) BlackBerry Z10 Porsche edition looks similar to the standard Z10, except with a curved bottom bumper, a metal frame and a textured back panel. The Porsche BlackBerry Z10 (aka BlackBerry P’9982) has a touchscreen user interface which has been slightly modified from the carrier sponsored Z10 handset, and offers a removable back panel which covers access for a microSIM and microSD card. The handset reportedly supports wireless charging, and in other respects mirrors the AT&T or Verizon BlackBerry Z10 smartphones, except in price.
After years of dominance in the smartphone arena, the company formerly known as RIM has been treated roughly the last few years by smartphone shoppers. Pixel density is high at 356 pixels per inch, and the handset is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core processor and a generous 2.0 GB of RAM memory.
