The Samsung Galaxy Note II smartphone/tablet hit the AT&T wireless network in the United States on November 9 of last year. The Amazon Wireless store is one of the largest online sellers of smartphones, and recently the AT&T Galaxy Note II was spotted with a $199 on contract price tag.
