Soon after BlackBerry released the Z10 4G handset to the mobile marketplace in February of this year in Canada, that smartphone manufacturer stated that a 1 million unit order had been placed at the commercial level. However, that impressive commercial sale was not included in data that shows the BlackBerry Z10 experiencing the greatest launch day sales ever recorded by a BlackBerry mobile handset. The company recently released data showing the Z10 delivering a full 50% better performance its first 24 hours of launch than any previous BlackBerry phone.
The BlackBerry Z10 – 4G LTE is available for a reduced sale price now starting at $0.01.
BlackBerry CEO Thorsten Heins was obviously ecstatic when he released the information, which also included the fact that in the United Kingdom, the BlackBerry Z10 posted a 300% better one-week launch period than any prior BlackBerry release. Heins did not reveal any specific sales figures, but soon after launching globally the handset reached 1 million sales units quicker than analysts had predicted. The phone has also received praise for its Enterprise business capabilities, even earning the nod of approval from the picky Department Of Defense in the US.
The phone arrived in the United States in March, and is a long-planned effort by the company formally known as RIM to get themselves in a better spot in the mobile marketplace. Before the iPhone arrived in 2007 and the Android smartphone took off in 2008, BlackBerry ruled the mobile handset roost. But oddly enough, the slim, light, rectangular slab form factor which mobile phones introduced successfully with the very first iPhone was ignored by BlackBerry for many years. Too many years, as it turns out, to stay profitable in the smartphone marketplace.
But the early success of the BlackBerry Z10, which was released about the same time as the QWERTY keyboard enabled Q10, has Wall Street analysts and financial industry watchdogs hopeful that the company can once again return to a place of prominence in the mobile marketplace. Finally delivering a physical design reflecting that of the successful Apple and Google smartphones currently available, the BlackBerry Z10 was recently spotted at the Amazon Wireless store online for the bargain-basement retail price of just $0.01 with a standard two-year mobile contract.
As the fastest and most advanced BlackBerry smartphone ever designed, the Z10 delivers the largest screen ever found on a BlackBerry mobile handset. The 4.2 inch capacitive, multitouch display delivers an HD+ resolution of 768 x 1,280 pixels, offered at a high-end pixel density of 356 pixels per inch. On this handset there is no physical QWERTY keyboard, as found on the iconic BlackBerry phones of the past. The phone measures just 0.35 inches (9.0 mm), and runs on the Snapdragon S4 plus dual core 1.5 GHz CPU. 2.0 GB of RAM memory joins 16 GB of built-in closet space, as well as a storage expanding microSD slot. The rear facing 8.0 megapixel camcorder records your video memories in 1,080P HD resolution.
The BlackBerry Z10 – 4G LTE can be purchased at a discounted price tag now starting at $0.01.

Wow, where did this article come from? BB is currently on its way out giving phone for free and no one seems to care. Pathetic turnaround plan, pathetic leadership, pathethic devices, pathetic execution.
