The Sprint Galaxy S III Android smartphone arrived in the United States as exclusive to the AT&T wireless network, and that handset recently made its way to Sprint as well. Sprint recently launched their brand-new 4G LTE system in the US, and the Sprint Galaxy S III has a speedy processor worthy of this quick wireless network. Aside from delivering one of the largest high resolution screens in the entire smartphone marketplace, the aforementioned speedy and powerful processor, Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) 4.0 out-of-the-box and high resolution video capture, there are a few enhanced features that the Sprint Galaxy S III delivers that we’re going to take a look at.
The enhanced feature package on the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III 4G handset centers around sharing information and data with your contacts and friends. The handset contains the Android S Beam data share wireless app, which allows you to trade and share videos, documents, photos and other information wirelessly. Simply place two Galaxy S III phones back-to-back and the S Beam data share app can transfer as large as a 1 GB video file within 3 minutes from one handset to the other. And amazingly enough, this does not require a cellular signal or even Wi-Fi connection.

You can also send pictures as soon as you capture them thanks to the Buddy Photo Share application. This amazing facial recognition software actually recognizes the faces of your friends, and whenever you snap a photo of one of your friends, that image is instantly sent to your friend and anyone else you designate beforehand. Imagine taking one photograph at a party or get-together, and every one of your friends and party-goers receiving the transfer immediately, meaning you never have to worry about remembering who you did and did not send important photos to.
You can also access content on multiple devices through the AllShare Play application. Share files, documents and applications with other devices from your Galaxy S III handset to a desktop or tablet PC, laptop or television. And with AllShare Group Cast, as long as your Galaxy S III can access a Wi-Fi network, you and your contacts and friends can collaborate on data, images and presentations in real-time without your coworkers and friends having to load the file separately.
The Sprint Galaxy S III is also one of the first handsets to deliver a full 2.0 GB of RAM system memory, and is only 0.34 inches (8.6 mm) thin. The 4.80 inch Super AMOLED display is one of the largest found on any smartphones, and offers 720 x 1,280 pixel resolution. A dual core 1.5 GHz central processor is on board, and simultaneous HD image and video recording at 1,080P HD resolution is delivered by the rear facing 8.0 megapixel camcorder.
