The handset delivers an incredible 64 GB of built-in storage, twice the previous high for a smartphone. The HTC One X+ also delivers the new Jelly Bean 4.1 Android operating system out-of-the-box, and matches it with their popular HTC Sense UI v4+ which accepts typical capacitive, multitouch gestures for device navigation. Skinny at 0.35 inches (8.9 mm), the handset is also light at 4.55 ounces (129 g).
Slim and light though it may be, the HTC One X+ for AT&T delivers a large 4.70 inch high-resolution screen. The significant upgrade in battery performance on the HTC One X+ 4G allows the 2,100 mA cell on board to deliver a full 12.75 hours of talk time from a single charge, with standby time running approximately 15.0 days. The hardware package is anchored by a powerful NVIDIA Tegra 3 AP37 chip set, which is centered around the quad core 1.7 GHz ARM Cortex A9 CPU mentioned above. A ULP GeForce graphics processor is also present, as well as 1.0 GB of RAM system memory.
With simultaneous HD video and image recording, a YouTube video player, built-in music player and Beats by Dr. Dre full range audio system, the handset provides an attractive multimedia profile. A front facing 1.6 megapixel chat cam joins an 8.0 megapixel camcorder located on the back of the handset in the camera combo, with that rear snapper providing 1,080P HD resolution video recording. The chat cam offers video call functionality, with the camcorder delivering high-end features like a self timer so you can include yourself in every shot, a multishot burst mode, continuous autofocus while recording video and digital image stabilization.
