For a few months now it was the rumors about a larger HTC One device that kept consumers wondering when they might see HTC officially announce such a device. Even though the company has not officially announced anything at this point, more rumors and leaked images are starting to pop up more frequently on the internet. The new images are the first that actually show the HTC One Max with branding from the mobile carrier that we can expect to see it on. The branding for Verizon Wireless if very obvious and that might send the subscribers on the network into a frenzy as they wonder when they are going to see it.

The images are being posted online from a Verizon Wireless employee that claims that the device will be coming to the network soon. This news comes shortly after the popular HTC One finally made it to the Verizon Wireless network after subscribers had to wait months after the other networks had the new smartphone ready to ship earlier this year. The HTC One Max looks like it will be ready right away, so those that would like to check out the phablet from HTC will be able to do so right away.
The employee that posted the images online also claims that the phone will come with a fingerprint scanner, much like the one that arrived on the iPhone 5s this year and a removable back side so you can get to the battery and more. Compared to the rest of the HTC line of smartphones, the HTC One Max is much larger and it looks very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which just launched on the market this month.
In the two images that were posted, you can see the HTC One Max next to the iPhone 5, which is much smaller by comparison. One image shows how the phone looks while holding it in one hand and even though it will be around 6-inches in size, it does not look like it will be that hard to handle and navigate with one hand. The HTC One Max is reportedly coming with the quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor from Qualcomm, a full 1080p HD display and the 4MP UltraPixel camera on the back side. Later this month we should see the official announcement with a release date to follow shortly.
