The Motorola Droid Razr HD 4G Android smartphone hardware package is centered around a dual core 1.5 GHz Krait central processor, and an Adreno 225 graphics processing chip is also present in the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960 microchip suite on board the handset. RAM memory runs 1.0 GB, with 16 GB storage built in. The handset also supports microSD and microSDHC memory cards up to 32 GB in size.
