The update will be available for download over the air beginning Dec. 27.”
Be reminded however that based on the statement from AT&T, the update may only be a minor one and will only enable the multi-window feature on the ATT Samsung Galaxy Note II 4G and will not come with something heart-stopping such as Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
