Back when Motorola unveiled the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD a couple of weeks back along with the Droid Razr HD and Droid Razr M, it was confirmed that the handset will certainly end up in Verizon shelves although there was no mention of when exactly the new-generation Moto superphone will become available for mass consumption. A lot of people are actually excited to get their hands on the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD because of its massive battery pack which will let you blast though a whole day of heavy usage on the device without having the need to charge it at the end of the day for use the next day.

This incredible battery life on the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD is the same exact reason as to why its predecessor, the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx, was such a big hit.     The older handset easily bested other smartphones in terms of battery longevity during its heydays managing to rack up a total of approximately 21 hours before it dies out on you. The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD on the other hand doesn’t only come with an upgraded hardware DNA but a longer battery life. In fact, there are reports that the power pack of the handset has enough juice to last a whopping 32 hours, in other words a day and a third, of continuous regular phone usage.

A couple of days back, there were rumors though that the handset could land in the shelves of Big Red on October 18. The information comes from a source that intimated that Verizon has already started the training of its retail staff in preparation of the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD’s imminent launch. It turns out that the details shared by the source were right on the money.

Storage space on the handset comes up to 32GB but this is still expandable using the memory expansion slot of the device. in terms of its display, the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD comes with a 4.7-inch SuperAMOLED panel with a 1280 x 720 resolution while its dual-shooter configuration includes a rear 8Mp shooter and a front 1.3MP snapper.
