Available in 16 GB and 32 GB models, both of those variants contain a microSD slot for storage expansion, as well as a generous 2.0 GB of RAM memory. The rear facing 13.0 megapixel camera on the Galaxy S4 delivers multiple special effects and high-end features, recording video in 1,080P HD resolution.
