If you happen to have T-Mobile for your wireless device of choice and are waiting for the handset to release the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q because the device packs a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that will make your messaging chores a whole lot easier, you might be surprised that it will get released under a different name. In fact, there were already speculations in the past that the handset will be released with a different name and we now have some sort of confirmation that this will indeed be the case.

As for the name change, our sources managed to get their hands on leaked training materials from the Magenta carrier which somehow confirmed that the handset will now be known as the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G. Aside from the name change, the leaked training documents also show the specs sheet of the handset so we now have an idea as to what some of the components of the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G under the hood are.

Rumors have it the device formerly known as the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q was supposed to have made its debut in the shelves of the Magenta carrier last August 15 but it looks like we have to wait some more before it finally becomes available for public consumption. Since the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G missed its supposed August 15 launch date, there is no solid word as of yet as to when we can expect the handset to be released.

As of the moment, the specs sheet of the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G is not as complete as we would want it to be but at least, we now have more of the pertinent details in its resume – which is impressive to say the least. As of the moment, the official measurements of the handset aren’t available yet but it is a safe bet that the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G will be somewhat bulky and hefty due to its slideout QWERTY keyboard.

As for the components lurking under its hood, the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G is expected to pack dual-core 1.5 GHz processor. As of the moment, it hasn’t been confirmed yet but we are betting that the handset will probably get the QualComm MSM8960 SnapDragon chipset in its internals. In addition to that, the handset will ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and will have the same gestures featured in the Samsung Galaxy S III. Similar to the Samsung flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G will also get a 50GB DropBox storage for two years with no additional charges involved. Also, the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G will come with S-Voice preinstalled and is NFC capable as well. Not only that, the handset will also have a Mobile HotSpot functionality that will allow it to share its internet connection to up to 8 devices.
