In comparison, the iPhone 4S was already a year old while the Samsung Galaxy S III is barely 6 months old.
However, taking a look at the iPhone 5, the sixth-generation iPhone, has only made its debut in the shelves at the end of September but has already hit the 6 million mark in sales. Analysts from Strategy Analytics however predicted that the Apple smartphone will outsell the Samsung flagship device in Q4.
