The Droid Razr M 4G Android smartphone was developed to be smaller, lighter and more compact than the typical phone with a 4.3 inch screen. The same 4.3 inch high resolution display from the original Droid Razr 4G is present on the handset, even though that display needed a much longer and wider body. Built into the rear of the Droid Razr M handset is an 8.0 megapixel camcorder, and that rear snapper contains a built-in LED flash, offering touch to focus, autofocus, face detection and image stabilization features. Video is recorded in 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (1,080p HD resolution), and a front facing VGA quality chat cam is also on board. 8.0 GB of data storage are built in to the Droid Razr M4 G, as is 1.0 GB of RAM system memory, with a dual core 1.5 GHz central processor powering the handset. A microSD slot is provided for storage expansion. The Motorola Droid Razr M can function as a mobile hotspot with Wi-Fi connectivity, supporting multiple wireless devices.
