If you happen to have Sprint for your wireless provider of choice and are interested in getting a very capable handset that you can use in taking advantage of the nascent LTE network of the carrier, you basically have a lot of handsets to choose from. Looking back, even before Sprint gave the go signal to light up it LTE network, the wireless provider was already building a handset base of LTE-packing smartphones in its lineup so that its subscribers can have access to such handsets once its LTE network goes live. And now that Sprint has finally lit up its LTE network, it is now time for you to choose the mobile device that will let you maximize the benefits brought about by the said network. The HTC Evo 4G LTE can be had for as little as one penny at select retailers.
Of course, the superphones immediately come to mind and you have the option to select from the Samsung Galaxy S III or the carrier’s version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus for that matter. But doing so will definitely burn a hole through your pockets because these handsets still have hefty price tags attached to their retail packages. If you want the best option as of the moment – meaning you get a superphone without having to pay the premium price for one – then the HTC EVO 4G LTE should be on top of your short list.
As it stands, Sprint has finally given the green light to its authorized retailers to slash the price of the HTC EVO 4G LTE. Should you be interested in making the handset your next mobile weapon of choice, the HTC superphone can now be had at these Sprint-authorized retailers for only one penny. Yes, you heard us right! The HTC EVO 4G LTE can be yours for just one cent but you will need to sign a new two-year service agreement with Sprint if you want to get the handset at its listed price. Should you be averse with contracts, maybe you might want to give it another thought. After all, you are getting the HTC EVO 4G LTE, a full-fledged superphone, for only a cent and when you take all things into consideration, the only handset you will get for a penny nowadays are just feature phones so the HTC EVO 4G LTE is the steal of the year at its price point.
As for the HTC EVO 4G LTE, the handset already ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for its operating system and this draws power from the handset’s QualComm MSM8960 SnapDragon chipset. This SoC basically brings into play a dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor working together with a full gigabyte of RAM to ensure the flawlessness of the handset’s performance. The storage space of the HTC EVO 4G LTE comes up to 16GB but unlike the HTC One X, the handset has a microSd card slot in its chassis making memory expansion possible. Display-wise, the handset comes with a 4.7-inch Super IPS LCD2 panel with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and its camera department features a rear-facing 8MP shooter and a front-facing 1.3MP snapper. You can buy the HTC Evo 4G LTE starting at just one penny!

It is a great deal but you can get quite a few last generation Androids for that on Amazon and I think even the Galaxy Nexus. I actually own this phone and the Galaxy S3 and they are both awesome!
