The All Share Play feature allows Sprint Galaxy S III owners to dish out data and content such as video, applications and music to your multiple consumer-electronics wirelessly. The popular Android Beam wireless data transfer application has its own Galaxy S III specific creation called S Beam, which allows you to lightly touch another Android Beam enabled or Galaxy S III device together to wirelessly share data, content and files with a friend. And the Share Shot application instantly shares photos and video you take with designated friends that you add to a temporary photo sharing network instantly, even without a Wi-Fi connection present.
The Galaxy S III has been a flagship device for Sprint and their new 4G LTE network, and is offered in either white or blue. Delivering Near Field Communications (NFC) connectivity out-of-the-box supports the above data share apps, as well as the retail payment processing Google Wallet application. The handset is slim at 0.34 inches (8.6 mm) in thickness, and weighs less than the average 4G LTE smartphone at 4.70 ounces (132 g). And the 4.8 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen is one of the largest and most resolute displays on any handset,with 720 x 1,280 pixel resolution offered at 306 pixels per inch.
The Sprint Galaxy S III is protected against chipping and scratching by the Corning Gorilla Glass 2 overlay, and visuals are displayed in over 16 million colors. The handset has a camera combo with front facing chat cam and rear facing 8.0 megapixel camcorder, and video is recorded in 1,080P HD resolution. That camcorder can record simultaneous HD video and images, and has a built-in LED flash, extra wide panorama mode, autofocus, special effects package and CMOS image sensor. Popular applications Twitter, YouTube, Picasa and Facebook have been pre-installed.
