That complaint might be behind some recent data which was made available by the 2013 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) study which uncovered some rather revealing information. The massive survey tracks customer service complaints and reviews, and this year the Samsung Galaxy S III, which was released in June of 2012, delivered the highest customer satisfaction grade of any smartphone with a score of 84 out of a possible 100 points.
