A Verizon-tagged HTC One was recently spotted over at the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) branch of the United States government, the arm which must approve or disapprove of each new smartphone that enters the US. The phone will most probably appear with the same hardware as the currently available versions, so approval is surely to arrive swiftly.
