The Galaxy line of handsets for smartphone manufacturer Samsung has been incredibly successful. That is the word from Canaccord Genuity tech analyst T. Michael Walkley, who recently announced his findings from his monthly monitoring of multiple retail outlets in the United States. He stated that he believes this is the first time since the iPhone 4S launched in October 2011 that a single handset was able to dethrone the popular Apple smartphone in US sales for a one-month time frame.
