Amazon must be in the holiday spirit, because the Motorola Droid Ultra 4G running on Verizon was recently spotted at the Amazon Wireless store online priced at around $19 on contract. That sale price kicks off the company’s Cyber Monday Deals Week holiday celebration, while the slender and big-screened Motorola Droid Ultra 4G delivers some new features from Motorola, and a special battery boosting processing and computing package.

First off, Motorola has beefed up the camera from previous 8.0 megapixel models, with the Motorola Droid Ultra sporting a 10.0 megapixel lens on its main, rear facing camera. Super-slim at just 7.18 mm (0.28 inches), the handset is also lighter than most 5 inchers, weighing in at just 4.83 ounces (137 g). A rugged DuPont Kevlar fiber back plate joins a display protecting layer of Gorilla Glass to make for a durable handset, with the 5.0 inch AMOLED screen offering a True HD resolution of 720 by 1,280 pixels.
